If a nobody writes a memoir, would you read it?

On writing, on living, on both.

I have, for the last couple of years, been strangely obsessed with memoirs — stories about the lives of famous people whom I otherwise would not have heard of.

And twenty to thirty memoirs later, I am only now beginning to realize that it’s generally established people, who the spotlight is already shining down on, who write memoirs that have a chance of seeing success.
