Leadership Is the Hardest Job I Never Want
Admittedly, I’m the exact reason I never want to be a leader or climb into management. I’m not interested in guiding a team or being responsible for anyone’s “career progression”. As a millennial who has only ever taken whatever paltry position the job market had to offer, I’m not even sure what that means.
